A quick Google search lead me to vmtoolkit.com . After running the VHD Resizer and following the steps in this post everything is hunky dory. Here is a teaser: Our house is the hole in the ground with the white plastic and the rebar sticking out. The house wrapped in green is our new friends the Wilson's house.
