Yup, that's right! After receiving our second contract and some minor negotiations, we have agreed to a sales price and terms on our house! We should be signing papers today to make it official and I just might have to take a picture of the "Under Contract" sign.
We still need your prayers for a good home inspection (I'm not worried about this) and appraisal, but it looks like everything is going to go through!
