We had a bit of an impromptu trip out to Lake Frederick to see the Boyer grandparents today.  The kids had a fun time and as you can see, Sammie caught her first 2 fishies!        

It is official!  We received paperwork from Ann today that the financial contingencies were lifted from the contract.  Basically this means that we are just waiting on settlement.

I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving!  We here in the Boyer home sure did.  We spent the day with family and ate lots of turkey and all of the fixings.  When we woke up this morning and turned on the news at about 6:30, I was struck with the idiocy of ''Black Friday.''  The news helicopter was flying over a Best Buy where ...
